RETURN POLICY

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. However, if there is a defect with your product, please contact us within 30 days of shipment at claybyally@gmail.com with a description and photo so we can address your concern. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight imperfections may occasionally arise, but if we determine a defect has made your product unwearable, a refund can be issued.
