These are made out of polymer clay, making them durable but also lightweight! Studs are made of stainless steel and backed with a resin coating. Please be cautious if your ears are sensitive. Backings are made of rubber, for a comfortable fit.

All shipped orders are packaged well and posted in a sturdy box to minimize breakages during delivery. Although polymer clay is quite strong, handle products with care once recieved to minimise damage and breakages.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. However, if there is a defect with your product, please contact us within 30 days of shipment at claybyally@gmail.com or on social media with a description and photo so we can address your concern. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight imperfections may occasionally arise, but if we determine a defect has made your product unwearable, a refund can be issued.
Standard shipping within Canada (untracked and uninsured) is a flat rate of $4. This is the only available option for shipping at this time.
